monitoring for all scope associated with infrastructure and building construction,
facility upgrades, maintenance, equipment installation, regulatory
development as well as all training efforts needed to safeguard and protect
nuclear materials residing in both domestic and foreign locations.
Includes Primavera (P6) and MS Project scheduling, cost and schedule
reporting, baseline management, subcontract scheduling and performance
reporting, work plan development, life-cycle planning and change management. Mentor, supervise and oversee support staff that
provides project management deliverable reports, contracting status reports,
SharePoint administration, travel reports and other administrative
responsibilities. Other assignments include acting as a senior
consultant to corporate management to assist the Laboratory in continuing to
achieve best-in-class project management status both with expertise as well

work scope associated with the movement of nuclear fuel residing in a foreign
country. Contributions included the development of project plans,
organizing the work into manageable elements and facilitating detail work
scope planning sessions that included critical path resource loaded task and
deliverable schedules using either MS Project or Primavera (P6). Also
developed the policies and procedures on how change would be managed as well
as the mechanisms for reporting cost and schedule performance. Such efforts
contributed to the successful completion of this project on time and within
the allotted budget receiving an Outstanding Performance Award from the
Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation. Radiochemical Processing
Laboratory 2005 - 2007 Senior Project Management Specialist Responsible for coordination, implementation and
reporting of scope, schedule and budget of all maintenance and construction
tasks associated with this Category II nuclear facility. This would
include compiling and prioritizing maintenance and facility upgrades based on
schedule and budgetary constraints. All scope was monitored closely
using MS Project and cost and schedule performance data was reported on a
routine basis. Nuclear Nonproliferation and
Arms Control PMOD2000 - 2005 Business Manager Responsible for business planning, reviewing work
plans, tracking sales and business volume and implementing policies and
procedures for projects residing within this Project Management Office.
This included conducting project reviews to ensure that projects are being managed
in according with PMOD guidelines. IT Project Management Specialist Responsible for coordinating and implementing an IT
project management methodology for various software development projects at
the Laboratory. This included coordinating and developing resource-loaded
schedules and associated deliverables utilizing MS Project, managing resource
allocations, tracking and reporting project performance and organizing
project documentation using SharePoint sites. Environmental Management and
Waste Operations1995 - 2000 Project Management Specialist Responsible for developing work plans, scheduling and
budget tracking for multiple projects residing within this program.
This includes documenting and managing change, monitoring performance using
earned value principles, recommending corrective actions as well overseeing
the development, maintenance and utilization of an IT web-based project
management performance tracking tool. Human Resources1989 – 1995 Human Resources Assistant Responsible for working with high school teachers,
project managers and technical staff in placing high school students into
various job assignments at the Laboratory. Also maintained the
